ALUMINIUM BOLTS

Our aluminum bolts are made from forged, high strength T6 heat-treated, aircraft grade aluminium (6000 and 7000 series). They are available in 7 colours : Silver, Blue, Black, Gold, Orange, Red and Purple). Aluminium bolts and fasteners are 60% lighter, when compared to traditional steel bolts. We also manufacture aluminium CNC flanged hex head bolts in similar materiels.

Aluminium bolts are ideal for low stress applications. They are very resistant to corrosion, therefore the bolts can be used in many areas that are subject to high corrosion. They are perfect for colour marking applications, and are highly useful for the marine, auto and many other industries.

ANODISING PROCESS​

Anodization consists of a chemical brightening and colouring of the aluminum bolt. The anodized surface is between 8 and 12 microns thick. The anodized surface results in a beautiful finish, increased insulating properties, and reinforces the resistance of the aluminum to corrosion

ALUMINUM TIGHTENING TORQUE​

Warning: the tightening torque of aluminum bolts is lower than corresponding stainless steel or titanium fasteners. We provide with each of our bolt a summary table with the tightening torque of aluminum bolt according to the type of head.

INTERNAL DRIVES​

When used with the correct torques, our Allen key drives have been further designed to resist stripping and rounding.  In this way the Allen key will be much less likely to slip and damage the bolt. We are continually working on improving our products and welcome your feedback.
