Each application is different, so always operate with caution when using torque values
ALUMINUM TIGHTENING TORQUE
Our aluminium product is manufactured from 6000 and 7000 series aluminium alloy and then anodized to provide both a high corrosion resistance and lightweight product. Aluminum is 60% lighter than steel and available in a wide choice of colors: Blue, Black, Gold, Orange, Purple, Red and Silver. Never use aluminum in places with high mechanical stress.

Stainless Steel
We are proud to fasteners in an exceptional high quality stainless steel alloy - A4 316L. With its mirror-like, highly polished finish A4 stainless steel, in both beautiful and functional. Please note that not all stainless steel is suitable for high stress areas. A4 stainless steel is particularly recommended for highly corrosive areas and generic applications such as Engine casings, Fairings, Front wheel axles, Brake calipers, caliper screws, footrests, brake and clutch related parts. For high stress areas, we can offer a bespoke high-tensile stainless steel alloy.
Titanium
Our 6AL-4V grade 5 titanium is extremely resistant to corrosion and oxidation, offers immense strength to weight ratios and PSI values between 120,000 and 160,000 PSI. These values are slightly higher than grade 8.8 stainless steel, but 42% less in weight and offer even more corrosion resistance. Titanium products are available in the following colors and coatings: Natural, Blue, Gold, Purple and Black DLC. These fasteners can be used in the same stress areas as A4 stainless steel.
